Our congregation governs itself. We belong to the Disciple Region known as the Christian Church in Indiana. Our regional ministers are a wonderful resource to our church. It is our Board which forms the decision making axis of our congregational life.

Tabernacle's ministry team has been trained in pastoral care and counseling, music ministry and also serves children, youth and family.

New Member Orientation classes are offered for those interested in baptism or membership. Membership is by baptism or by the transfer of membership from another congregation.

Elders and Deacons have an organized plan of care which creates a network of concern and information among our membership.

Leadership Training for adults who seek to grow in their service to God through congregational life is offered by the Pastor.

Graduate of Franklin College with a B.A. in religious studies. Received his Divinity degree from Earlham School of Religion. Rev. Bill and his wife Vickie have two daughters, Courtney and Lindsey.

Carolyn W. Roush
Minister of Music

Graduate of Indiana University School of Music and a Masters degree from Butler University, Indianapolis. She currently teaches piano at Franklin College. For 40 years, Carolyn has shared her wonderful talents with Tabernacle Christian Church as an organist and choir director and is a professional musician in the local area.
